1. Reservation/Deposits
A deposit of $2500.00 per person is required for a reservation. This deposit is fully refundable until July 30th, 2007. Please make all payment to “ USA HAJ MISSION CORPORATION”.

2. Payment Schedule
An additional payment of $2,500.00 per person following the deposit must be made by August 15, 2007. Full Payment for the package will be due by August 30, 2007. A Bank Check or Money Order for final payment will be required.
3. Sightseeing
Half Day Bus Tour to Mazarat to Historic sites in Madinah Al Munawarra, Ohad, Masjid-e-Qiblatien, Nasjid-e-Quba, Dates Factory, Saba Masajid and Mohalla Bini Hashim.
4. Religious Advice
All religious matters concerning Hajj & Umra will be covered to books and write-up. We will also arrange Seminars where very experienced people would be made available to give you briefing and answer your question.
5. Tour Guide
English, Arabic, Persian and Urdu speaking guide will be available.
6. Complimentary Items
Complimentary Ihram for all males and a Hijab for all females, Shoe keeping bag, Pebbles collection bags in addition to religious booklets and some other gifts will be given to Pilgrims.
7. Cancellation
All cancellations must be in writing and subject to acknowledgement of receipt by USA Haj Mission. Deposit is fully refundable until July 30th, 2007. Cancellation received 120 days prior to departure will be subject to a $500 per person administrative charge, and 90 days prior to departure will be subject to a $1500 per person administrative charge. No refund shall be made when cancellation is made less than 90 days prior to departure. In addition, additional penalties and/or charges imposed by hotel/airline/bus companies may be imposed.
8. Revision Fees
A fee of $30 per transaction will be charged for any alteration or revision made to a reservation. Airline penalties may also apply. A change of traveler name or itinerary within 45 days of commencement of services will be treated as a cancellation and new reservation; standard cancellation fees apply which is a minimum $400 charge. (It may change with out further notice if airlines change.)
9. Participation
For the benefit of everyone, USA Haj Mission reserves the right to accept or reject any Tours of Holy Places, and to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants.
10. Travelers Who Need Special Assistance
You must inform the Mission of any disability requiring special attention at the time the reservation is made. Mission will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers, but will not be responsible for any consequences in the event it is unable to do so, for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent provider or services. Please note that outside the USA the Americans with Disabilities Act is not applicable and facilities for disabled individuals are limited. Most transportation services, including the touring buses, coaches, are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We regret that we would not be able to provide assistance in the holy land for walking, dining, getting on and off buses, coaches and other vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able person must accompany travelers who need such assistance, and must assume full responsibility for their well being. Motorized scooters are not suitable for travel in holy land tours.
11. Young Travelers
Travelers who are less than 18 years of age on the date of departure must be accompanied by an adult. for Holy Places Tours . Children under 10 years of age will be given a 10% discount on air ticket only if provided by the airline,
12. Smoking
Smoking is not allowed on transportation provided by the Mission to its delegates. However the Mission have no control on the operators of the transport.
13. Price Guarantee
All Package prices are based on rates (including foreign exchange rates) known at the time of publication and expected to be in effect at the time of departure. Prices are subject to increase without notice if such rates change prior to departure. The price will be confirmed at the time of reservation. However, once Mission has received full payment for any package the price is guarantee and not subject to any changes but will not include any changes announced by the airlines or other carriers or any surcharges or government charges announce later.
14. Sacrifice
Cost is NOT INCLUDED. Scarify (Goat or Lamb) can be arranged upon request which will cost US $120 per pilgrim.
15. Hajj Draft Fee
Hajj Draft “Moullim Fee” is additional and not included in any of the programs. Payment for Hajj Draft of $274.40 + Bank Service charges US $ 25 is required with the Hajj visa Application. (In case of non use of hajj draft, bank service charge is not refundable.)
16. Hajj Visa
Saudi Visa Application must be filled out by each applicant (for application you may download at our website). Once we have received your application and full payment of the package chosen by you, Mission will apply for Haj Visa to the Saudi Consulate / Embassy at your expense and will make every effort to obtain the visa. The cost of obtaining each visa will be $500 which is included in the package price. Should the visa be declined by the authority, Mission is not to be held responsible in any manner whatsoever, The US $500 charge will be deducted from refund provided.
17. Photograph
Four Passport size latest photographs (2”x1.5”) with white back ground are required. Write your name on the back of each.
18. Passport
A Valid Passport is required which must be valid 6 months from the date of departure with at least 4 pages for Visa.
19. Non USA Passport
Non U.S. Passport holders must provide the original and one copy of both sides of Green Card in addition to the passport.
20. Single Lady
For single Lady: over 45 years Mahram Letter from Father, Brother, Husband or Son is required by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and must be provided with visa application. No exception at all.
21. Proof of Shahada
New convert must submit the letter of declaration issued by the Islamic Center or Imam with the application.
22. Accommodation
The accommodation and airlines committed in the Packages are intended to be used, however, if a change becomes necessary for any reason, the accommodation, airlines substituted will be of equivalent standard as far as possible.
Please note that check in could be delay in checking time due to Haj rush.
23. Baggage Allowance
Only 2 pieces of luggage per person will be allowed including one 28 inche suit case and one 16 inche by 12 inche carry on.
Air carriers may impose fees if the size or weight of your checked or carry-on luggage is exceeded.
USA Haj Mission is not responsible for additional fees imposed by air carriers. Regulations at most airports require that travelers handle their own luggage through customs.
No responsibility is accepted for loss of or damage to baggage or any of the traveler's belongings. Trip/Baggage insurance is recommended. See our Web sites for all-inclusive Travel Guard / Travel Protection Plans, which is highly recommended.
24. Domestic Reservation & Travel Documents
Domestic reservation within USA , please let us know at time of reservation so we can make the arrangement, if you wish that we take care of this.
Once you have indicated your departure date, no changes are allowed.
Travel documents, including any paper air tickets or e-ticket itineraries, are sent by regular ground delivery approximately one to two to weeks prior to departure, provided full payment has been received. A $20 charge per reservation is added for documents requested in advance or for two-day delivery in continent of USA . Please indicate at the time of reservation whether you prefer regular ground delivery or two-day delivery.
25. Service Inquiries after the Trip.
Should you wish to complain about any services provided during your trip please insure that the USA Haj Mission is advice as quickly as possible and no later than 7 days of the incident causing the complain.(P. O. Box 857 Edison, NJ 08818, USA), This will enable Mission to make a timely investigation.
Any claims made under these terms & condition must be made immediately and in any event no later than 7 days of return to the USA and must be made in the courts of the State of New Jersey. NJ Law will be applicable to any such claim.
26. Safety
Please be aware that during your travel organized by the Mission, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control including, but not limited to, the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft or other means of transportation; the forces of nature, political unrest, acts of terrorism and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. Mission will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. It is understood that Mission will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken.
27. Disclaimer
1. USA Haj Mission Inc. located at 2683 Wildberry Ct, Edison, New Jersey 08817, is a company licensed to market and distribute travel products and arrange for the services offered on this Web site, including transportation, sightseeing, and accommodation through independent contractors.
The carriers, accommodation, and other provider of services are independent contractors and are not employees, or servants of, in partnership with the Mission or its affiliates. All certificates and other travel documents for services issued by the Company are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the provider, and to the laws of the countries in which the services are provided.
2. LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY: The Responsibility of USA HAJ MISSION, or any of its alternate names, employees, agents or affiliates who will assist & guide pilgrims to perform the Holy Hajj & Umra, or their official Guide or Group Leaders, is limited and they act only as agents for the passengers in making arrangements for the airlines, hotels, buses, or other services in connection with the tour and they assume no liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss of luggage or other loss, accidents, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect, acts of GOD, accidents or dangerous incidents in the air, sea, land, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or resulting from improper passports, visas, or other documents or from the negligence or failures to perform of any of the suppliers of services or goods, included in the hajj package chosen. USA Haj Mission will accept no responsibilities for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes beyond its control. USA Haj Mission shall not be liable or responsible for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising in connection with any service provided beyond its control. USA Haj Mission shall not be responsible for the failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to check-in and delay, loss of luggage or personal belongings including medicine. It is the responsibility of the airline to determine exactly what flight procedure will be followed. The policies chosen by the carrier shall be based on their procedures and shall not be the responsibility of USA Haj Mission and its affiliates. They will also not be responsible for any person(s) missing any part of the Program due to his/her negligence or delay or failure to appear for any part of the tour, and USA Haj Mission will not be responsible for any additional expenses for the participant to rejoin the tour. Moreover, no changes or upgrades in the program chosen will be honored after departure and no refund will be given for any services rendered and not utilized. USA Haj MISSION may up grade the services where ever necessary and pass along any additional charges to traveler.
3. TAXES / Fuel Surcharge: If any, are not included in the package price and AIRPORT / AIRLINES / SALES TAX will be charged separately before the departure of the trip.
28. Arbitration
Any dispute arising between the traveler and the Mission relating to the Terms and Conditions will be refer to an Arbitrator for adjudication under New Jersey Laws and the proceeding will take place only in the State of New Jersey.
Any claims made under these terms & condition must be made immediately and in any event no later than 7 days of return to the USA and must be made in the courts of the State of New Jersey. NJ Law will be applicable to any such claim.
